Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ember Circles. We appreciate that you have chosen our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at contact@embercircles.store. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@embercircles.store with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
