Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping

Delivery time: 5-7 business days
Cost: Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95
Tracking included

Express Shipping

Delivery time: 2-3 business days
Cost: $12.95
Tracking included

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping orders. International shipping is not currently available, but we're working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@ember-circles.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
