Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ember-circles.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns within the United States. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at hello@ember-circles.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@ember-circles.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
